Super quick vegan soft serve ice cream that can be made in as little as 15 minutes! Simply add in your favorite ingredients to change up the flavor.

- ½ cup Silk heavy whipping cream
- ½ tbsp cocoa powder/ strawberry powder/ or vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
First place a metal baking tray into the freezer for 5-10 minutes. We used a quarter sheet baking tray.
Measure out your ingredients. You can make any flavor of your choice. The higher the water content is of your flavoring ingredients, the more ice crystals will form that will make your ice cream less smooth.
Mix the ingredients together.
Spread the cream over the surface of the baking tray. Place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the tray and scrape the ice cream around using a rubber spatula or other non-metal utensil. Form it into a ball so that you can easily scoop it into a bowl or cup.
